Legal Advice Centre

The Legal Advice Centre provides specialist legal advice to all employees and students of Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

The services include:

• labour law advice for TBU employees and students,
• counselling in the area of the legal status of TBU students,
• counselling in the sphere of civil rights, particularly when dealing with a serious living situation (legal solution), and in the sphere of family law – reconciliation of family and working life of students and employees,
• specialist legal advice provided to TBU students and employees who are planning to start up their own business — advice on how to set up a business and how to settle relations with the employer,
• specialist legal advice in the area of intellectual property protection.
